Legisla\u021bia rutier\u0103 s-a schimbat, astfel c\u0103 \u0219i regulile ITP au suferit modific\u0103ri \u00een 2021. Iat\u0103 ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 cu Inspec\u021bia Tehnic\u0103 Periodic\u0103 anul acesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scopul ITP \u00eel reprezint\u0103 verificarea st\u0103rii tehnice a ma\u0219inilor, care trebuie s\u0103 respecte prevederile legisla\u021biei rutiere. Prin aceast\u0103 inspec\u021bie tehnic\u0103, autorit\u0103\u021bile vor s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 ma\u0219inile care circul\u0103 pe drumurile publice din Rom\u00e2nia sunt sigure din punct de vedere tehnic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen func\u021bie de vechimea ma\u0219inii,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/cati-ani-e-valabil-itp-ul-18611497\">frecven\u021ba la care se face ITP difer\u0103<\/a>: ma\u0219inile noi fac primul ITP la trei ani de la prima \u00eenmatriculare, \u00een timp ce ma\u0219inile mai vechi de 12 ani fac verificarea ITP anual. \u00centre aceste intervale avem ma\u0219inile care sunt mai vechi de trei ani \u0219i mai noi de 12 ani, care fac verificarea ITP la fiecare doi ani. Aceste intervale sunt valabile pentru autoturismele de uz personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autovehiculele destinate transportului de persoane care au, \u00een afara locului conduc\u0103torului, mai mult de opt locuri pe scaune, cele folosite ca taxi sau pentru \u00eenchiriere, precum \u0219i cele pentru \u0219coala auto care au, \u00een afara locului conduc\u0103torului, mai mult de opt locuri trebuie s\u0103 treac\u0103 ITP-ul la \u0219ase luni. \u00cen cazul unei ma\u0219ini noi, prima Inspec\u021bie Tehnic\u0103 Periodic\u0103 se face la un an de la prima \u00eenmatriculare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ITP expirat 2021: Ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 dac\u0103 e\u0219ti prins f\u0103r\u0103 ITP valabil?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legisla\u021bia a devenit mult mai aspr\u0103 cu cei&nbsp; care sunt prin\u0219i circul\u00e2nd cu ITP expirat. \u0218oferii prin\u0219i \u00een trafic cu autoturisme cu ITP expirat vor fi amenda\u021bi, se vor confisca pl\u0103cu\u021bele cu numerele de \u00eenmatriculare, iar ma\u0219inile nu vor mai putea fi deplasate dec\u00e2t \u00eempinse sau pe platform\u0103. Mai mult, pentru ca suspendarea \u00eenmatricul\u0103rii s\u0103 \u00eenceteze, inspec\u021bia tehnic\u0103 periodic\u0103 trebuie f\u0103cut\u0103 neap\u0103rat la RAR, nu la orice sta\u021bie ITP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen plus, conducerea unui autovehicul f\u0103r\u0103 ITP valabil echivaleaz\u0103 cu conducerea unui autovehicul ne\u00eenmatriculat, cu toate consecin\u021bele penale care decurg din acest lucru. \u00cen acest caz, \u0219oferul este amendat at\u00e2t pentru conducerea cu ITP expirat, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru conducerea cu \u00eenmatricularea suspendat\u0103. Cum aceast\u0103 baz\u0103 de date va fi consultat\u0103 de poli\u021bi\u0219ti atunci c\u00e2nd te opresc, ri\u0219ti s\u0103 prime\u0219ti o amend\u0103 chiar dac\u0103 ai f\u0103cut ITP.
