Autorit\u0103\u0163ile europene au decis returnarea masterplanului de transport la Bucure\u015fti, spre modificare \u015fi completare. Ce alte necorel\u0103ri au mai fost g\u0103site la Bruxelles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Masterplanul pentru transporturi sufer\u0103 o nou\u0103 am\u00e2nare. Comisia European\u0103 a decis returnarea documenta\u0163iei la Bucure\u015fti, spre mo\u00addificare \u015fi completare. Ministerul Trans\u00adporturilor urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 opereze modific\u0103rile solicitate de CE p\u00e2n\u0103 pe 9 aprilie. <em>\u201eExist\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 unele probleme nerezolvate pentru care sunt recomandate eforturi suplimentare de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163ire a masterplanului. Acestea privesc concentrarea pe criterii limitate \u015fi obiective de stabilire a priorit\u0103\u0163ilor, lu\u00e2nd \u00een considerare performan\u0163ele economice \u015fi apar\u00adtenen\u0163a proiectelor la re\u0163eaua TEN-T Core. Autorit\u0103\u0163ile rom\u00e2ne vor reflecta asu\u00adpra modului de a \u00eencorpora mai bine aceste observa\u0163ii \u00een masterplan\u201c<\/em>, a declarat pur\u00adt\u0103\u00adtorul de cuv\u00e2nt al Directoratului General Regio, Sophie Dupin de Caint-Cyr, pentru <a href=\"www.realitatearutiera.ro\">RealitateaRutiera.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Re\u0163eaua TEN-T Core cuprinde principa\u00adlele culoare de transport europene, construi\u00adrea de autostr\u0103zi \u015fi drumuri rapide pe aceste trasee fiind considerate ca esen\u0163iale pentru coeziunea Uniunii Europene. Conform listei de priorit\u0103\u0163i a Ministerului Transporturilor, o autostrad\u0103 pe ruta Comarnic &#8211; Bra\u015fov ar fi mai important\u0103 dec\u00e2t autostrada Ia\u015fi &#8211; T\u00e2rgu Mure\u015f, ceea ce ar \u00eensemna c\u0103 vor fi alocate fonduri prioritar pentru Bra\u015fov. Aceasta de\u015fi totu\u015fi traseul Ungheni &#8211; Ia\u015fi &#8211; T\u00e2rgu Mure\u015f este cel inclus \u00een TEN-T Core, Comarnic &#8211; Bra\u015fov nefiind pe aceast\u0103 list\u0103 prioritar\u0103 a UE.<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea, Guvernului i se repro\u015feaz\u0103 \u015fi faptul c\u0103 masterplanul nu asigur\u0103 continuitatea traseelor de transport. Concret, \u00een locul unei autostr\u0103zi continue pe un anumit traseu, masterplanul cuprinde fragmente necorelate. Este \u015fi cazul autostr\u0103zii Ungheni &#8211; Ia\u015fi &#8211; T\u00e2rgu Mure\u015f. Astfel, pe lista de priorit\u0103\u0163i a Ministerului Transporturilor, tronsonul Ungheni &#8211; T\u00e2rgu Neam\u0163 se afl\u0103 pe pozi\u0163ia a patra, dar continuarea spre T\u00e2rgu Mure\u015f abia pe locul 10, dup\u0103 \u015foseaua de centur\u0103 a Bucure\u015ftiului sau autostrada Craiova &#8211; Pite\u015fti. Dac\u0103 masterplanul ar fi aprobat \u00een varianta propus\u0103, ar \u00eensemna ca autostrada p\u00e2n\u0103 la T\u00e2rgu Neam\u0163 s\u0103 fie construit\u0103 cu prioritate, iar continuarea peste Carpa\u0163i doar dac\u0103 \u015fi c\u00e2nd s-ar mai g\u0103si fonduri disponibile.
