{"id":75392,"date":"2021-04-22T12:03:41","date_gmt":"2021-04-22T09:03:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/realitatearutiera.ro\/?p=75392"},"modified":"2021-04-22T12:03:47","modified_gmt":"2021-04-22T09:03:47","slug":"a-aparut-sindromul-psihic-covid-la-elevii-din-iasi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realitatearutiera.ro\/?p=75392","title":{"rendered":"A ap\u0103rut sindromul psihic \u201eCovid\u201c la elevii din Ia\u0219i"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Printre simptomele observate de speciali\u015ftii ie\u015feni \u00een educa\u0163ie \u015fi \u00een psihologie \u015fcolar\u0103, mai ales \u00een r\u00e2ndul adolescen\u0163ilor, se num\u0103r\u0103 \u00eengrijor\u0103rile, fricile \u015fi anxietatea, g\u00e2ndurile negative \u015fi ne\u00eencrederea fa\u0163\u0103 de ceilal\u0163i, comportamente perturbatoare care genereaz\u0103 certuri, pl\u00e2ns \u015fi triste\u0163e inexplicabil\u0103, dar \u015fi dificult\u0103\u0163i de concentrare \u015fi de aten\u0163ie, sau modific\u0103ri ale nivelului de energie, manifestate fie prin letargie, fie prin ner\u0103bdare, nelini\u015fte, nivel ridicat de energie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u201eAccentuare a dificult\u0103\u0163ilor de socializare\u201c<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u201ePerioada pe care o parcurgem genereaz\u0103 o serie de provoc\u0103ri pe componenta psihopedagogic\u0103. Gestionarea deficitar\u0103 a emo\u0163iilor manifestat\u0103 prin instabilitate emo\u0163ional\u0103, iritabilitate, frustrare, anxietate; accentuarea dificult\u0103\u0163ilor de socializare; dificult\u0103\u0163i de concentrare a aten\u0163iei, tulbur\u0103ri de memorie; amplificarea disfunc\u0163iilor comportamentale precum impulsivitatea, agresivitatea; amplificarea tulbur\u0103rilor volitive, motiva\u0163ia sc\u0103zut\u0103; toate acestea reprezint\u0103 provoc\u0103ri \u00een aten\u0163ia practicienilor din domeniul psihopedagogic. Mediul virtual insuficient securizant, \u015ftirile false, cyberbullyingul se adaug\u0103 acestui tablou provocator\u201c<\/strong><\/em>, ne explic\u0103 prof. Anca Hardulea, director al Centrului de Resurse \u015fi Asisten\u0163\u0103 Educa\u0163ional\u0103 Ia\u015fi (CJRAE Ia\u015fi).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste fenomene sunt observate \u015fi de c\u0103tre p\u0103rin\u0163i, chiar dac\u0103 unii dintre ace\u015ftia le pun fie pe seama v\u00e2rstei \u015fi schimb\u0103rilor hormonale, fie le consider\u0103 doar st\u0103ri de moment, trec\u0103toare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201eFata mea este acum \u00een clasa a VI-a. Am observat c\u0103 este mult mai retras\u0103. Nu \u015ftiu dac\u0103 e o schimbare normal\u0103, specific\u0103 v\u00e2rstei, dar, \u00eenainte, c\u00e2nd venea de la \u015fcoal\u0103, \u00eemi povestea cu entuziasm ce a f\u0103cut la ore, ce a mai povestit cu prietenii \u015fi colegii\u201c<\/em><\/strong>, explic\u0103 un p\u0103rinte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acesta afirm\u0103 c\u0103 a \u00eencercat s\u0103 discute cu fiica sa, dar de multe ori avea parte inclusiv de r\u0103spunsuri u\u015for violente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u201eUneori nu ai cu cine s\u0103 te \u00een\u0163elegi. Este \u00eens\u0103 greu s\u0103 \u00eemi dau seama dac\u0103 e vorba de efectele statului \u00een cas\u0103 mai mult timp sau e doar \u00eenceputul adolescen\u0163ei\u201c<\/strong><\/em>, afirm\u0103 cadrul didactic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Directorul CJRAE, Anca Hardulea, exlic\u0103 faptul c\u0103 tinerii au nevoie de sprijin din partea adul\u0163ilor mai ales \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 \u015fi, prin urmare, p\u0103rin\u0163ii ar trebui s\u0103 ofere o aten\u0163ie crescut\u0103 \u00een ceea ce prive\u015fte stabilitatea emo\u0163ional\u0103 a copiilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cum pot ajuta p\u0103rin\u0163ii \u015fi profesorii<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u201eCa p\u0103rinte sau profesor ne \u00eentreb\u0103m cum \u00eei putem ajuta pe tineri s\u0103-\u015fi descopere logica interioar\u0103 a emo\u0163iilor \u015fi s\u0103 se simt\u0103 confortabil cu propriile tr\u0103iri, cum s\u0103 le gestioneze, cum s\u0103 se adapteze la schimbare sau cum s\u0103-\u015fi recreeze microuniversul personal. Ce st\u0103 \u00een puterea noastr\u0103 s\u0103 facem? De exemplu, s\u0103 select\u0103m doar acele informa\u0163ii din mass-media sau re\u0163elele de socializare care ne pot fi de folos \u00een aceste momente, sau s\u0103 enumer\u0103m toate temerile pe care le sim\u0163im \u015fi le valid\u0103m ca fiind autentice \u015fi justificate \u00een contextul dat. C\u0103ut\u00e2nd solu\u0163ii, cre\u015ftem nivelul de control, fapt care reduce anxietatea\u201c<\/strong><\/em>, explic\u0103 directorul CJRAE Ia\u015fi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anca Hardulea recomad\u0103 \u015fi c\u00e2teva activit\u0103\u0163i care readuc starea de bine \u015fi echilibrul emo\u0163ional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u201eAbordarea practicienilor, profesori consilieri \u015fcolari, profesori logopezi din CJRAE Ia\u015fi se centreaz\u0103 \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 pe gestionarea emo\u0163iilor negative, &#8211; emo\u0163ii negative, dar s\u0103n\u0103toase: \u00eengrijorare, triste\u0163e vs emo\u0163ii negative nes\u0103n\u0103toase: panic\u0103, anxietate, depresie -, rezilien\u0163\u0103, normalizarea vie\u0163ii, asigurarea continuit\u0103\u0163ii \u00een activitatea personal\u0103, educa\u0163ional\u0103, asigurarea rutinelor \u00een via\u0163a personal\u0103, \u00een activitatea educa\u0163ional\u0103, dezvoltarea de noi competen\u0163e &#8211; digitale, de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are sincron-asincron, de comunicare online, de management al timpului, de management al stresului, prevenirea riscurilor \u00een mediul virtual\u201c<\/strong><\/em>, explic\u0103 prof.
