Alte drumuri devin aproape impracticabile, odat\u0103 cu c\u0103derile abundente de z\u0103pad\u0103 \u015fi exist\u0103 riscul producerii unor avalan\u015fe de z\u0103pad\u0103 de pe versan\u0163ii munto\u015fi, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t traficul rutier nu se poate desf\u0103\u015fura fluent \u015fi \u00een condi\u0163ii de siguran\u0163\u0103 a circula\u0163iei.
