sau podul natural de la Ponoare este al doilea ca m\u0103rime din Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/commons\/6\/66\/RO_MH_Ponoarele_9.jpg\" alt=\"Podul lui Dumnezeu - Wikipedia\" width=\"437\" height=\"289\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Legendele spun c\u0103 el a fost aruncat peste un h\u0103u cu ap\u0103 tulbure, din care oamenii erau p\u00e2ndi\u021bi s\u0103 fie tra\u0219i \u00een iad de fiin\u021be bizare, de Dumnezeu pentru a-l ajuta pe Sf\u00e2ntul Nicodim de numele c\u0103ruia este legat\u0103 istoria primei m\u0103n\u0103stiri din \u021aara \u2014 Vodi\u021ba Rom\u00e2neasc\u0103, s\u0103 treac\u0103 apa Tismanei, pentru a ridica \u00eentru slav\u0103 a doua sa ctitorie \u2014 celebra M\u0103n\u0103stire Tismana (1377).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>,,Podul lui Dumnezeu&#8217; se afl\u0103 amplasat pe drumul jude\u021bean DJ 670, care leag\u0103 ora\u0219ul Baia de Aram\u0103 de toate localit\u0103\u021bile rurale situate \u00een zona montan\u0103 a jude\u021bului Mehedin\u021bi, reabilitat de Consiliul Jude\u021bean (CJ) Mehedin\u021bi cu bani primi\u021bi de la Uniunea European\u0103 prin Agen\u021bia de Dezvoltare Regional\u0103 Sud-Vest Oltenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre\u0219edintele interimar al institu\u021biei, Aladin Georgescu, a m\u0103rturisit \u00een 2014 c\u0103 dac\u0103 nu s-ar fi intervenit la timp, podul, \u00een realitate format prin pr\u0103bu\u0219irea tavanului Pe\u0219terii Ponoare, s-ar fi n\u0103ruit \u0219i nimic nu s-ar mai fi \u0219tiut de aceast\u0103 ,,bijuterie&#8217; este monument natural protejat, fiind cel mai mare pod natural din Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i al doilea ca m\u0103rime din Europa (30 metri lungime, 13 metri l\u0103\u021bime, 22 metri \u00een\u0103l\u021bime \u0219i 9 metri grosime), fiind timp de peste dou\u0103 sute de ani singurul din lume deschis traficului rutier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe sub el curg, cum o fac de la \u00eenceputul lumii, apele unui r\u00e2u care, se poveste\u0219te, este sterp, f\u0103r\u0103 viet\u0103\u021bi \u00een el, din cauz\u0103 c\u0103 Nicodim i-a blestemat pe locuitorii de aici s\u0103 nu aib\u0103 ap\u0103 de b\u0103ut din vadul lui fiindc\u0103 nu l-au l\u0103sat s\u0103 construiasc\u0103 \u00een preajm\u0103 o m\u0103n\u0103stire. A\u0219a s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat c\u0103 el, izgonit fiind, a ajuns \u00een locul miraculos de la Tismana \u0219i a zidit m\u0103n\u0103stirea ce \u00eei ap\u0103ruse c\u00e2ndva \u00een vis.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Datorit\u0103 proiectului derulat de Consiliul Jude\u0163ean Mehedin\u0163i, traficul \u00een zona montan\u0103 a jude\u0163elor Mehedin\u0163i, Gorj \u015fi Cara\u015f-Severin a crescut de la 1.196 la 2.500 de vehicule zilnic. Mul\u0163i turi\u015fti vin pentru a trece la pas podul, convin\u015fi fiind c\u0103 numai astfel intr\u0103 \u00een comuniune cu Dumnezeu \u015fi astfel se vindec\u0103 de boli \u015fi triste\u0163e. Poate nu \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103tor Prea Sfin\u0163itul Nicodim, \u00eent\u00e2iul \u00eentemeietor al Episcopiei Severinului \u015fi Strehaiei, \u015fi-a dat consim\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul s\u0103 fie construit la cap\u0103tul ,,Podului lui Dumnezeu&#8217; un l\u0103ca\u015f de cult cu hramul ,,Sf\u00e2ntul Nicodim de la Tismana&#8217;, spre \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103tur\u0103 \u015fi aducere aminte muritorilor c\u0103 pe aici a trecut, ca un miracol, Dumnezeu.h<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unde \u00eencepe \u015fi unde se sf\u00e2r\u015fe\u015fte legenda nimeni nu \u015ftie cu adev\u0103rat.
