{"id":81862,"date":"2021-12-28T09:01:21","date_gmt":"2021-12-28T07:01:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/realitatearutiera.ro\/?p=81862"},"modified":"2021-12-28T09:01:24","modified_gmt":"2021-12-28T07:01:24","slug":"codul-rutier-2022-se-schimba-si-prevede-un-nou-sistem-de-amenzi-pentru-soferi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realitatearutiera.ro\/?p=81862","title":{"rendered":"Codul Rutier 2022 se schimb\u0103 \u015fi prevede un nou sistem de amenzi pentru \u015foferi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Codul Rutier 2022 ar putea fi modificat, dup\u0103 ce Senatul a adoptat tacit un proiect de lege care prevede un nou sistem de amenzi pentru \u015foferii rom\u00e2ni care \u00eencalc\u0103 regulile de circula\u0163ie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Codul Rutier 2022 ar putea fi schimbat dac\u0103 proiectul de lege adoptat tacit de Senat va fi adoptat \u015fi de Camera Deputa\u0163ilor, promulgat de pre\u015fedinte \u015fi apoi publicat \u00een Monitorul Oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectul de lege care poate modifica Codul Rutier 2022 prevede ca drumurile publice din Rom\u00e2nia s\u0103 fie monitorizate video de Poli\u0163ia Rom\u00e2n\u0103, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t contraven\u0163iile \u015foferilor s\u0103 fie constatate automat, la fel ca \u015fi aplicarea&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.antena3.ro\/tag\/amenzi-2371.html\">amenzi<\/a>lor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 fie discutat \u00een plen \u015fi supus votului, proiectul de lege a fost adoptat tacit de Senat, zilele trecute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectul face referire la dezvoltarea unui sistem de camere de supraveghere la nivel na\u0163ional, operat de Poli\u0163ia Rom\u00e2n\u0103, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t \u015foferii care \u00eencalc\u0103 legea s\u0103 fie amenda\u0163i automat \u00een baza imaginilor filmate de camerele de supraveghere, fie ele fixe sau mobile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Dispozitivele de detec\u0163ie se amplaseaz\u0103 cu prioritate pe drumurile cu o rat\u0103 ridicat\u0103 a accidentelor rutiere pe baza unor analize de risc. Indicatoarele de avertizare a prezen\u0163ei dispozitivului de detec\u0163ie se instaleaz\u0103 \u00eenaintea locului dispunerii dispozitivului de detec\u0163ie, la o distan\u0163\u0103 de maximum 50 m \u00een localit\u0103\u0163i, \u00eentre 100 m \u015fi 250 m \u00een afara localit\u0103\u0163ilor, respectiv \u00eentre 500 m \u015fi 1.000 m pe autostr\u0103zi \u015fi drumuri expres.
