Sfaturile oferite de un medic  specialist cu privire la activit\u0103\u0163ile permise \u015fi \u00eenc\u0103l\u0163\u0103mintea recomandat\u0103\" width=\"434\" height=\"271\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> Herniile de disc pot ap\u0103rea la oricare dintre nivelurile coloanei vertebrale (cervical, toracal sau lombar), dar cel mai frecvent le \u00eent\u00e2lnim la nivel lombar \u015fi cervical.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u201eHernia de disc toracal\u0103 reprezint\u0103 doar 0,5% din totalul herniilor de disc\u201c, arat\u0103 dr.
