Astfel, articolul 49 din Codul Rutier ar urma s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 un nou alineat cu textul <em><strong>&#8220;Se interzice limitarea vitezei sub 50 km\/h pentru autovehicule la \u00eentreaga localitate, adic\u0103 de la indicatorul ce anun\u0163\u0103 intrarea \u00eentr-o localitate p\u00e2n\u0103 la indicatorul de ie\u015fire din localitate&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen plus, acela\u015fi proiect prevede \u015fi o modificare prin care viteza \u00een afara localit\u0103\u0163ilor va putea fi limitat\u0103 pe o distan\u0163\u0103 de cel mult 3 km. <em><strong>&#8220;\u00cen afara localit\u0103\u0163ilor, limit\u0103rile de vitez\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 fie restr\u00e2nse pe o distan\u0163\u0103 minim\u0103 necesar\u0103 care nu poate dep\u0103\u015fi 3 km, cu excep\u0163ia lucr\u0103rilor \u00een executare&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>, mai prevede proiectul.Noul proiect vine \u00een completarea unui alt proiect care prevede c\u0103 amenzile pentru viteza pot fi acordate numai dac\u0103 prezen\u0163a radarelor \u00een zona respectiv\u0103 <strong>este semnalizat\u0103<\/strong> \u00een mod corespunz\u0103tor.
