Opta\u021bi pentru o decongelare lent\u0103, care s\u0103 nu afecteze structura produsului, adic\u0103 scoate\u021bi alimentul din congelator \u0219i pune\u021bi-l la frigider pentru urm\u0103toarele 24 de ore. Odat\u0103 decongelat trebuie consumat imediat, multiplicarea germenilor este mai rapid\u0103 dec\u00e2t \u00eentr-un aliment proasp\u0103t. Orice recongelare cre\u0219te riscul de contaminare bacterian\u0103, altereaz\u0103 consisten\u021ba, aspectul, culoarea \u0219i gustul preparatului. Nu putem g\u0103ti m\u00e2ncare s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 din ingrediente la limita alter\u0103rii, indiferent c\u0103 este vorba de carne pe\u0219te produse lactate sau legume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Majoritatea germenilor se multiplic\u0103 la temperatura ambiant\u0103 \u00eentre 10 \u0219i 55 \u00b0C, a\u0219adar, evita\u021bi s\u0103 p\u0103stra\u021bi m\u00e2ncarea timp \u00eendelungat pe mas\u0103 sau \u00een c\u0103mar\u0103.
