Frumos sunt nevoi\u0163i s\u0103 parcurg\u0103 o por\u0163iune de drum plin\u0103 de gropi. \u201eE ca pe Lun\u0103\u201d, comenteaz\u0103 unul dintre ei pe pagina de Facebook \u201eE\u015fti din H\u00e2rl\u0103u dac\u0103\u2026\u201d, iar o \u00eenregistrare video arat\u0103 \u00eentr-adev\u0103r un carosabil \u201ebombardat\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segmentul se afl\u0103 pe DN 28B, drum care face leg\u0103tura \u00eentre Tg. Frumos \u015fi Boto\u015fani prin H\u00e2rl\u0103u. Pe toat\u0103 lungimea lui de 71,5 km, drumul na\u0163ional este \u00een plin \u015fantier de modernizare, lucr\u0103rile fiind \u00eencepute anul trecut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eA fost o \u0163eav\u0103 de gaz pus\u0103 clandestin \u00een carosabil\u201d, ne-a explicat Ovidiu Laicu, directorul Regionalei de drumuri na\u0163ionale, motivul pentru care drumul respectiv arat\u0103 a\u015fa de r\u0103u. Cei care au montat-o au fost de acord s\u0103 fie mutat\u0103, dar nu pe banii lor, a ad\u0103ugat el. \u00cen cele din urm\u0103, DRDP \u015fi autorit\u0103\u0163ile locale au mutat conducta sub trotuar. Ovidiu Laicu a mai spus c\u0103 zilele acestea va fi ref\u0103cut carosabilul, cu piatr\u0103 \u015fi asfalt, condi\u0163iile meteo fiind \u201ede vin\u0103\u201d c\u0103 nu s-a intervenit mai repede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adjudecat de o asociere de firme (Aqua Parc \u2013 Mavgo Holding \u2013 Vahostav SK \u2013 Trameco) pentru suma de 267,3 milioane de lei, contractul de modernizare a DN 28B are termen de finalizare luna mai a anului viitor. De asemenea, perioada de garan\u0163ie a lucr\u0103rilor este de 5 ani \u015fi poate fi majorat\u0103 de ofertan\u0163i p\u00e2n\u0103 la un maxim de 8 ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Din cei 71,5 km, 32 km sunt pe teritoriul jude\u0163ului Boto\u015fani. Acolo e deja asfaltat \u2013 \u201es-a turnat stratul de egalizare \u015fi cred c\u0103 \u015fi binderul (stratul de uzur\u0103, n.r.) a fost turnat\u201d, ne-a precizat directorul Laicu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Platforma drumului va fi l\u0103rgit\u0103 la 9 metri, din care dou\u0103 benzi de circula\u0163ie de c\u00e2te 3,5 m \u015fi dou\u0103 acostamente cu l\u0103\u0163imea de 1 m, av\u00e2nd aceea\u015fi structur\u0103 ca zona carosabil\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O simulare a traseului Ia\u015fi-Suceava pe Google Maps arat\u0103 timpi egali (aprox. 2 ore \u015fi 25 de minute) pentru traseul clasic prin Tg. Frumos-Pa\u015fcani, pe drum na\u0163ional, \u015fi pentru traseul prin Vl\u0103deni-Fl\u0103m\u00e2nzi-Boto\u015fani, \u00een cea mai mare parte pe drumuri jude\u0163ene reabilitate. Dar \u00een jude\u0163ul Boto\u015fani \u00eenc\u0103 se lucreaz\u0103 pe DN 28.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cum distan\u0163a este aceea\u015fi (145 km), de anul viitor aceast\u0103 rut\u0103 ar putea s\u0103 devin\u0103 preferat\u0103 pentru conduc\u0103torii auto care vor s\u0103 scape de \u201edopurile\u201d de trafic din Podu Iloaiei \u015fi din Tg.
