Dac\u0103 \u015ftim s\u0103 alegem alimentele corespunz\u0103toare pe care s\u0103 le consum\u0103m, postul este un lucru benefic pentru organism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eConsum\u00e2nd soia, tofu, linte, nuci, semin\u021be, quinoa \u0219i cereale, putem suplini aceste deficite.
