Reglementarea prevede, \u00eentre altele, introducerea e\u0219alonat\u0103 a mijloacelor de transport \u00een comun nepoluante, iar Bucure\u0219tiul \u0219i 12 municipii mari vor trebui s\u0103 stabileasc\u0103, \u00een urm\u0103torii ani, zone cu emisii sc\u0103zute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform reglement\u0103rii, municipiile re\u015fedin\u0163\u0103 de jude\u0163 vor trebui s\u0103 dezvolte \u0219i s\u0103 implementeze un plan de mobilitate urban\u0103 durabil\u0103, ce&nbsp;<em>\u201eare ca \u0163int\u0103 principal\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea accesibilit\u0103\u0163ii localit\u0103\u0163ilor \u015fi a conectivit\u0103\u0163ii \u00eentre acestea, dezvoltarea \u015fi diversificarea unei oferte de transport (aerian, fluvial \u015fi maritim, feroviar, rutier, pe cablu, nemotorizat, pietonal) bine integrat\u0103 intermodal \u015fi sustenabil\u0103 din punct de vedere social, economic \u015fi de mediu\u201c<\/em>. \u00centre altele, p\u00e2n\u0103 cel t\u00e2rziu pe 31 decembrie 2025, aceste municipii vor avea obliga\u0163ia s\u0103 stabileasc\u0103 benzi dedicate<a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/stiri-locale\/bucuresti\/stb-desfiinteaza-majoritatea-centrelor-de-vanzare-2258031.html\">&nbsp;transportului \u00een comun,<\/a>&nbsp;\u00een baza prevederilor planului de mobilitate urban\u0103 durabil\u0103 pentru liniile de transport public \u201ecu o vitez\u0103 medie de deplasare mai mic\u0103 de 15 km\/h\u201c, se arat\u0103 \u00een legea recent intrat\u0103 \u00een vigoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mai bun acces la mijloacele de transport<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apoi, pentru cre\u0219terea atractivit\u0103\u021bii, legea prevede o serie de norme pentru un mai bun acces al cet\u0103\u021benilor la transportul public. Astfel, \u0219colile \u0219i spitalele trebuie s\u0103 fie la cel mult 300 de metri de o sta\u021bie de transport \u00een comun, autobuz, troleibuz, tramvai sau metrou. \u00cen plus, \u00een interiorul localit\u0103\u021bilor, aceste sta\u021bii trebuie amplasate la cel mult 400 de metri una de alta, iar \u00eentr-un municipiu, 60% din popula\u021bie trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 la cel mult 500 de metri o sta\u021bie a unui mijloc de transport \u00een comun care are o frecven\u021b\u0103 de cel mult 20 de minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apoi, \u00een marile centre urbane se vor \u00eenfiin\u021ba zone \u00een care accesul auto va fi limitat.
